ThinkX provides software development services including but not limited to:

• Custom web application development
• Mobile application development
• AI and machine learning solutions
• Consulting and technical advisory services

3. Website Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data to improve our services. By using our website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out in Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Project Terms

All projects are governed by separate project agreements that include:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Payment terms and schedule
• Intellectual property rights

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code. ThinkX retains rights to:

• Pre-existing intellectual property

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide a 30-day warranty on delivered work. Our services are provided "as is" without other warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

ThinkX's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate agreements with written notice. Termination terms are specified in individual project agreements.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
